As consultation by ex-pats tend to be longer than with Dutch patients, a standard appointment for 15 minutes is made, but a following appointment may be necessary to  solve the problem. At your request a 30 minutes appointment can be made, .

• Patients  insured under the Dutch "basisverzekering" registered to our practice. The insurance companies will be invoiced.
• Patients  insured under the Dutch "basisverzekering" not registered to our practice living in Voorburg or Leidschendam will be invoiced as the insurance companies do not reimburse the total "passanten" rate.
• Patients  insured under the Dutch "basisverzekering" not registered to our practice not living in Voorburg or Leidschendam.  The insurance companies will be invoiced, but remain responsible for the payment should problems occur.
• Patients insured by BUPA or VANBREDA INTERNATIONAL, in most case we can bill the companies directly.
• Patients with a foreign insurance will be billed according to the rates of the "passanten tarief" as listed here under.
• Patients without a fixed address in The Netherlands will be asked to pay cash.
